My 3-year-old figured out the letter sounds within a week, and now she runs to the puzzle every morning saying "A says ah!" The pieces are chunky enough for her small hands, and I like that they're raised so she can grab them easily.

The letter sounds are clear and not too robotic, which I appreciated after returning a cheaper one that just beeped. My only gripe is that the pieces sit a bit high, so my 2-year-old sometimes knocks two out while grabbing one.
