The spiral binding makes it easy for my 3-year-old to flip through without ripping pages, and the pen just needs water so there's zero mess. Four boards per pad means it kept her busy through a whole restaurant dinner.
Bought these for a road trip and they saved us — my 3-year-old stayed busy for almost an hour with the vehicles pad. The pages dry clean in a few minutes, so she just keeps redoing the same boards instead of asking for new ones.
The pen only needs water, so no more scrubbing ink off the car seats. Both spiral-bound pads have four boards each, which kept my toddler busy through a whole restaurant dinner. Once they dry the pictures vanish and she starts over.
