The fabric-hinged boards fold open to reveal the whole week at a glance, and my son loves flipping them shut at bedtime. Magnets stick firmly so nothing slides off, even when he slams it. Two weeks in and the morning battles have basically disappeared.

My 4-year-old actually asks to put her magnet on after she clears her plate, which I did not expect. The fabric hinge on the boards has held up fine through a few months of daily opening and closing.
